Blogger now affords bloggers the ability to incorporate “pages” into their blogs. Pages is a WordPress-type feature that lets you create static or “stand-alone” pages. You can link these special pages (such as your profile, resources, etc) from the home page of your blog. If you look at the header of this blog, you can see several links to “Home,” “About,” “Glossary of Blogging Terms,” and so on. These are static pages that are not archived like posts are archived.

Blogger allows you to have comments on Pages, too; but it is not enabled by default, and the settings are rather difficult to find. Here’s how you do it:
Enable Comments on Blogger Pages
1. Log in to your Blogger Dashboard. Look for the link “Edit Posts,” and click it.

2. Click “Edit Pages.”

3. Look for the Page you want to allow comments. Click “Edit.”

4. At the bottom of the type window, look for “Post Options.” Click it to reveal more options.

5. Click “Allow.” Then click “Publish Page.”

6. The new settings will take effect immediately!

In Summary
1. Log in to your Blogger Dashboard. Click “Edit Posts.” On the next page, click “Edit Pages.”
2. Choose the Page you wish to allow comments: click “Edit.”
3. Look for “Post Options” at the bottom of the text window; click it. Select “Allow” and click “Publish Page.”
And from now on, when you create a new page and want to allow comments, you must choose “Allow” from Post Options, then save or publish your post.

Miss S– yay! I’m glad it worked. I’m glad you brought it up to me, because hopefully this article will help others with the same problem.
Donna– I didn’t know it was an option, either– I found out recently. It’s rather hidden! I am glad you found my article useful.
Thanks for your comments.
